So, what’s one thing you can do today to make a big difference? It’s something free and totally up to you: get moving! Here are some ideas:

I think walking is a great place to start because it’s easy and you can do it anywhere, but if you want to feel really strong and healthy. I recommend strength training. It helped me a lot, and I’ve seen it help many of clients too!
